The parking lots filled early as participants, shoppers and those simply there to view the cars all vied to get in. Late arriving participants cruised the ring road until spaces opened. Shoppers and attendees took over the parking lots of a nearby office building and shopping center and walked over. But everyone was in a good mood as the summer heat had taken a break for the evening. The crowds stayed right through the exit parade which is an amazing sight in itself.
